OK! Here we go again!
A second attempt at an Arts Council England bid, this time just focusing on The Birmingham Literature Festival, has been approved!
We are due to get working with 12 writers and poets to commission 12 new works for the app.
We've 12 new venues lined up for our new map and will be working hard for the next few months to provide you with some excellent new content to go out and collect.
I'm excited to be working with Angela Hicken, Olivia Chapman and Kibriya Mehrban on marketing, you'll be seeing excellent content from them in the form of blog posts and interviews as well as taking over the Overhear social media channels.
We will be hosting a few walking tours around the festival dates too so look out for those.
